We have meetings with our clients to understand their requirements. These meetings are usually attended by our Marketing Team and later on our Director.
We use various methods to source the correct CVs and candidates for the necessary roles. In addition to having a large internal database of candidates who are looking for a job, we also work with more than 350 agents and agencies who are able to connect us to the right candidates.
Once we have explored the candidates, we shortlist CVs following an interview in our own offices and forward them to your company.
We invite candidates that you select on your behalf to attend an interview with your company for the role.
Once the candidate Is selected, we take care of the full visa and document processing.
We provide accommodation and transportation until the airport of the departure country and make sure to inform the candidate's family that they have arrived safely and were received by the company.
